Confirmation Fee
A confirmation fee of $500 is required at the time of the rental agreement. This fee will be refunded in full after the event where there is no damage. If damage occurs, The Ballroom retains the fee.

Rental Fee
The full rental fee is due 90 days prior to the date of the event. Do not deduct the $500 confirmation fee, which remains as a deposit, and will be refunded in full based on the conditions stated above. If the full rental fee is not received 90 days before the date of the function, the reservation is cancelled.
